From a Dominican hotel to Spain

Through effort and years of hard work, he earned the trust of those around him until he became the manager. That time taught him to work as part of a team, to take on responsibility and to understand how much the way you welcome and look after people really matters.

It was also in the Dominican Republic that he met Vanesa, a Spanish woman he fell in love with and with whom he began a new chapter in Spain.

Here, Cirilo kept growing in the restaurant trade. He discovered new dishes, got to know different settings and spent years running a restaurant as its manager. As his experience grew, so did the idea of opening a place of his own.

Cirilo, Vanesa and Raquel

He took that step together with Vanesa, his wife, and Raquel, his sister-in-law, who have always been by his side. The three of them joined their energy and hard work to start a family project.

That is how Vista Mar was born.

Behind that name are Cirilo, Vanesa and Raquel. There is the journey that began at a hotel in a Dominican village and continued in Spain. And there are the years of work that allowed them to open the doors of their own restaurant.
